Refund policy

We will absolutely accept your returns per the terms below! We strive to make sure you have the best scrubs out there so if something isn't right, we are determined to make it right.

 

At this time all Returns are Refunded via store credit in the form of a CODENXT Scrubs Gift Card. 

 

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days from purchase to request a return.

 

Our mission at CODENXT Scrubs is to provide the absolute highest quality in scrubs at an unbeatable price. To do this we do have to maintain our return policy and are unable to make any exceptions to these policies at this time. We sell our scrubs at the lowest sustainable markup and by rocking CODENXT you have the absolute best scrubs on the market. Other brands will upcharge you over double the prices we offer or they will use cheap materials without any of the technology we offer. We appreciate each and every member of the CODECREW and thank you so much for choosing our scrubs!

 

Please note the shipping cost is non-refundable and there is a return handling fee. (This is reflected in the refund amount displayed on the return portal).

 

Also note that if any free shipping option is used on an item being returned, the original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. In addition, any promotional discounts will also be deducted from the return amount. The return amount you are estimated to receive on our return portal is only an estimate and may not reflect promotional discounts/ free shipping deductions or the 5% restocking fee.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, Items must be returned in their original condition - unworn, undamaged, free of makeup, pet hairs, deodorant, and perfume and have all original tags attached. Items must be returned in original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If your items do not meet these qualifiers then the items can be returned to you at an additional shipping cost or we can dispose of the items for you.

RETURN FORM

Once your return request goes through we will provide you with a return label.

 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please ship the item back within 5 days of approval of the return. Be sure to print and include your order confirmation email.

 

We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns. (Including the special circumstances that you may have to use your own return labels)

 

FINAL SALE ITEMS: Items listed as Final Sale are non-returnable/ cannot be returned for store credit.

Please note: We reserve the right to refuse a refund based on the evidence that the item has been washed, worn, damaged or altered. A refund will also be refused if the original tags are not attached.

Lost/ Stolen/ Damaged Packages: Please note that CODE NXT cannot be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages on fulfilled orders with delivery confirmations and all inquiries should be taken up with the involved shipping courier. We are here to support you in any claims you open with the courier. Claims handled by shipping couriers can take up to 4 weeks to resolve. Please note that this investigation is seperate from CODENXT Scrubs and is entirely handled by the shipping courier who will decide after completing their investigation whether to refund you as the customer for any lost/damaged/stolen packages. 

CANCELLATION POLICY: Upon placing your order you will have a chance to cancel the order at the order complete screen. You will also receive an order confirmation email in which there is a cancel order option. We will try our best to cancel your order if it has not shipped. If your order has already shipped then your cancel request will not go through but not to worry; we offer returns for any reason, please see our return policy.

*Please Note: All cancellations are subject to a third party transaction fee that is non-refundable. If the order has already shipped then please follow the return policy listed above. If your order is flagged as fraudulent and requires cancellation, the order will still be subject to the third party transaction fee. To avoid fraudulent orders please take the following tips:

The best way to ensure your payment is processed is to checkout via the SHOP PAY APP.
Here are some other tips to have a successful order:

Use accurate and up-to-date information: Make sure to use accurate and up-to-date billing and shipping information when placing an order, including a correct name, address, and email.

Use a secure payment method: Use secure payment methods such as credit card payments, PayPal, or other secure online payment systems.

Check for typos and errors: Double-check their information for typos or errors, which can trigger fraud alerts.

Use a trusted device: Avoid using public Wi-Fi or unsecured networks.

*If your order is placed during fulfilment times, it may be shipped out immediately upon placing the order and will be unable to be canceled.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Defective, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported within the first 3 days of receiving your items.  

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item per the return protocol above.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you should expect your gift card to be processed within 2-3 days. This return inspection process may take up to 5-7 days after receipt of your return to our facility. 

*We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
