Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

 

 

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Promotional Free Shipping Limit is $20 USD

We ship to the USA, Canada, and select International locations with more continuously being added. 

Attention International buyers, please be aware that there may be duties and additional import fees that you may be charged. Please be aware of your local and governmental import policies. If you fail to pay these duties/taxes/import fees and the package is returned, all incurring fees will be deducted from your refund. 

Please note that the estimated times shown at checkout are estimated transit times from the shipping courier. This does not include handling time and is only an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date. Shipping times may vary.  This is especially true during holiday periods in which customers may experience a 5-10 day delay in receiving their orders. 

If there are any issues with a selected mailing service with the provided address, we will attempt to use an alternative courier to fulfill your order. 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7-10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@codenxtscrubs.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Lost/ Stolen/ Damaged Packages: Please note that CODE NXT cannot be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages on fulfilled orders with delivery confirmations and all inquiries should be taken up with the involved shipping courier. We are here to support you in any claims you open with the courier. Claims handled by shipping couriers can take up to 4 weeks to resolve. Please note that this investigation is seperate from CODENXT Scrubs and is entirely handled by the shipping courier who will decide after completing their investigation whether to refund you as the customer for any lost/damaged/stolen packages. 

PREORDER POLICY:

  • We will do our best to ship Pre-Order Products in accordance with their expected ship date. If this changes, we'll do our best to let you know.
  • You are responsible for keeping your shipping and contact information up-to-date to ensure proper shipment of any Pre-Order Products. Please email us at contact@codenxtscrubs.com if you need to update any of this information.
  • You will be charged at time of placing a Pre-Order. If we're unable to commence shipping within 3 months from order placement, we'll provide a full-refund at your request. No discounts, refunds or credits will otherwise be offered due to any such delays.
